ADAM FREELAND headlined the first show I went to when I moved to Brighton in the summer of 2003. At the time, “We Want Your Soul” flew off record shelves and the single caused a similar effect for those hearing it in the clubs – people were airborne when this track dropped.

Finally, after six years, he’s about to release another full length. COPE the new album from Adam Freeland’s Band, FREELAND, is released globally on MARINE PARADE in June 2009. The single for “Under Control” features remixes by Alex Metric, Evil Nine, Zombie Nation, and Goldenbug.

They’ve already performed at SWSW and I really hope the band makes their way to Winnipeg.
