This tune is the main inspiration behind the title of the post, it sort of reminds me of what it would be like to do MDMA in the 1980s when all the fuckos dressed like Miami Vice are paying way too much for coke. BLACKBIRD BLACKBIRD have a cool sound, but I stopped following them on Twitter because they reTweet too much.

Remember in High School when you bought that Nirvana shirt and tried to hide the fact that you had a Depeche Mode record? I have a feeling that CYGNETS know exactly how you feel! From the great land that is Edmonton (note: the only Calgarians that dislike Edmo are those that care about shitty things like sports), Cygnets perfectly blend pop and angst, with a little mascara and beer.
