We’ve come to expect good things from Toronto’s RIVIERA who operates on a classic tune from The Temptations and while at first glance one might think the surgery would turn the tune into a bit of a monster similar to Frankenstein’s, full of good intentions but too different to be accepted. The juxtaposition works though, meaning the operation was extremely successful. Riviera harnesses dreary emotions in this bootleg that will work wonders in some cozy, dimly lit spaces.
